You must get everything in writing. We booked this hotel because they had a complimentary shuttle service that would pick us up and return us to the airport in the morning. They had us take an airport/hotel connection service ($80)as they did not have their own shuttle. We booked a room with two Queens and got a double, a twin and a roll-away. Would recomment the Ibis (across from airport) for anyone staying just overnight. They have a complimentary shuttle every 20 minutes.

Located on the doorstep of Chinatown, this inexpensive hotel offers an excellent standard of accomodation providing a fabulous central spot for downtown Sydney and all the main attractions that the City has to offer. The room rate can include breakfast which provides even more value for money with good options even for vegetarians. The staff are very, very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet and I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I next visit Sydney.

certainly not a 5 star hotel, but the staff and accomidations are just what we were looking for. A comfortable room, great location. Not a lot of frills (at all) but we weren't looking for that either. Pretty cool location in the heart of chinatown, 5 minute walk to subway.

The hotel was satisfactory though parking very expensive. The hotel was located centrally so no car was really needed. Lots of restaurants (and Chinatown) nearby plus lots of shopping possibilities. Not far from train station.

The hotel was in a great location (30 minute walk to Circle Quay). It looks like they just renovated the rooms and are still working on some of them. The room was great and clean. I was very pleased with the hotel and am very glad that I stayed there. Plus, it was right around the corner from an Irish bar with good cheap food.

The hotel is very well situated close to Chinatown. A short walk to Darling Harbour. 5 minute walk to Central Station and the excellent Sydney buses run along George Street just yards away. The staff were very friendly and helpful with an excellent restaurant for breakfast. The choice was wide with full English to a lighter or possible more healthy choice with fresh fruit in abundance. My only criticism and that is minor was the state of the carpet although cleaned thoroughly it was quite badly stained. Would be more than happy to return at any time.

The hotel's great location more than made up for the less than standard room appearance and cleanliness. This is a great hotel if you want to use your room as merely a hub for your city exploration; it is great as just a place to store your bags and crash at the end of an aggressive sight-seeing adventure. The hotel is adjacent to the central train station with direct transit service to the Airport. It is also located on the edge of the central shopping district and china town. Good luck with your stay

The room was adequate and clean. Some things needed a "fixing up" like the shower and the walls, but it looked like they were in the process of doing just that since several rooms had contractors in them painting, etc. The location is very good. I was within easy walking distance of internet services, the train station with all travel connections, restaurants, bars and shopping.
